 Job Description + Responsibilities:

Reporting to the VP of Product, we are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager who can both think strategically and build and execute against a Product Roadmap that delivers value to our members and our business.  

Specifically:

  • Collaborate daily with the development team to define and prioritize user stories
  • Work closely with user experience designers to research, define, and test UI
  • Monitor and investigate customer feedback and customer support metrics
  • Lead competitive watch activities to identify gaps and opportunities to improve
  • Collaborate with the business intelligence team to define, track and report on key metrics
  • Help evaluate, integrate and manage relationships with external vendors 

Requirements:

  • Strong customer empathy
  • A passion for building great user experiences across web and mobile devices
  • Solid technical background, experience managing software products using agile methodologies
  • At least 7-years of experience as a product manager working on user facing products
  • Self-starter with demonstrated strengths managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving them to completion with limited direction
  • Experience in data-driven decision making and the scientific method of observing, hypothesizing and measuring to learn and refine strategy and tactics
  • Proven track record of leading a product line in a global, fast-paced environment
  • BS or BA in related field or equivalent work experience

Our office overlooks the 360/Pennybacker Bridge in scenic Northwest Austin. From our rooftop deck you can see Lake Austin and beautiful downtown.
