• Craft UX strategy with product team
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and design artifacts
• Develop and maintain a library of UI components
• Develop and maintain a UI style guide
• Continually review and improve design throughout product lineup
• Develop design process within the larger product development framework
• Advocate design decisions and communicate them to product and engineering teams
• Develop process for incorporating data into the design process

• 3+ years digital/interactive design experience
• 3+ years UI design experience in web or mobile software applications
• Can produce wireframes, user flows, and mockups at any level of detail—from back of the napkin to working code. Experience with Sketch is a major plus.
