The Community Management Team is core to Main Street Hub’s products. Our team of driven, creative Community Managers is the voice of our local business clients: engaging with consumers, spreading word of mouth for our clients, delivering outstanding customer service on their behalf, and growing their brands. We protect and improve our clients’ reputations by responding to customer reviews; create original, engaging messages that keep our clients top-of-mind with customers; and reach out online to start relationships with potential customers. We also collaborate with other teams within Main Street Hub to understand our clients’ needs and ensure they receive the best creative work available. In short, we’re a fast-moving team of emotionally intelligent individuals with an unparalleled passion for helping local businesses connect with their customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Write content for a dedicated portfolio of clients, spreading word of mouth, protecting their reputation, and getting new customers in the door.
  • Be the voice of a portfolio of small business clients, from restaurants and salons, to auto repair shops and boutiques.
  • Collaborate with intelligent, inspiring colleagues to continually improve team and individual performance.
  • Implement feedback from clients and teammates quickly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Any other responsibilities as may arise in the context of a fast-moving startup.
