As a front-end software architect at Jobs2Careers, you will be leading projects that make tremendous impact to employers. We are looking to use the latest JavaScript technology (Angular or similar) to integrate with client's websites, and provide a seamless experience for employers.  Put your passion for clean and intuitive designs to work and help innovate the way talent finds work.  Optimal candidates will have extensive experience with Javascript (Angular, Bootstrap) HTML, CSS, PHP with an eye for the latest trends and technologies.  Bonus points if you have mastered Javascript & CSS well enough to articulate its benefits clearly and teach it to others.

Requirements

• Incredible coding skills.  Your programming ability is flawless.
• Able to design JS-based projects, for the purpose of cross-domain integration.
• Solid UI development experience. You will need to learn our existing UI quickly and offer great ideas for improving it.
• Strong desire to share.  We constantly train and learn from each other.
• Relentless problem solver.  Never say, “I tried hard enough.”
• Excellent communication.  Be able to explain technical decisions in plain English.
• Disciplined work ethic and consistent work hours.  We believe in working together, in-person.
• Easy-going. Offer your help and generosity to others.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML(5), jQuery and Bootstrap.
• Detailed understanding of cross browser support issues.
• Solid understanding of cross browser rendering and performance issues and mobile support.
• Experience in a modern JavaScript framework and Object-Oriented JavaScript is a plus.
