We’re looking for someone with meticulous attention to detail and outstanding communication skills to help us efficiently spot issues in our software as early as possible in the development cycle. This role entails manual testing of complex software - you’ll be a big part of helping us deliver a high-quality product to our customers.

In this role, you will:

• Perform exploratory testing of new and existing features to shake out issues
• Work with developers to help investigate and diagnose defects
• Reproduce reported bugs and verify their resolution
• Develop test plans and manually execute them on staging environments
• Perform post-release testing as necessary

What We Expect from You:

• Ability to think like a user and articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely
• Possess a keen attention to detail
• 1-5 years of professional experience in manual or automated testing
• Be comfortable with SQL databases
• Be a team player with a desire to build a great product
• Have a bachelor's degree
• Experience testing on mobile a plus
