Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong technical background to lead our product development efforts and drive innovation within our enterprise software solutions. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our product roadmap, collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable and impactful products for our consumer-packaged goods (CPG) and retail clients. This is a high visibility role that is critical to Pensa’s success.

 Responsibilities

• Working with our Head of Product to create product strategy and product roadmap
• Understand customer use cases, Pensa business objectives, resources, project timelines, and cross-organizational constraints to define tradeoffs and help prioritize products, tasks and features
• Define, document, and communicate objectives, requirements and constraints for product initiatives and releases
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to generate detailed requirements for internal and external features and products
• Manage and communicate roadmap project status across stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and launching complex tech products, ideally in the B2B or enterprise space. Ability to create detailed product specifications and effectively communicate requirements to cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and UX/UI design principles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels.
• Entrepreneurial Work Style: Self-starter with a "Get things done" attitude, capable of taking ownership and driving initiatives independently.
• End-to-End Product Ownership: Comfortable owning the entire product or feature development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to development and deployment, ensuring the solution effectively addresses end user needs.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in leveraging data and metrics to drive decision-making.
• Experience with Retail or CPGs (Consumer Packaged Goods): Prior experience in the retail or CPG industry is a plus, with a solid understanding of industry trends and challenges.
