UX / Product Designer

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join us in crafting and refining the products and experiences we deliver to millions of IT pros across the globe. With a ton of projects in the pipeline, we’re looking for a talented designer to help us build out new products. You’ll take part in revamping our full experience across web, mobile, and client-side products.
ResponsibilitiesYour day-to-day (as a Product Designer, you’ll):
- Touch on each part of the product development cycle: from brainstorming and research to designing high-fidelity specs and launching brand new products
- Engage in product, interactive, and visual design
- Collaborate with other designers and cross-functional teams (though projects will be yours to own and put your stamp on)
- Constantly look to better yourself by learning new skills, participating in design critiques, and actively working to improve design within your team
- Transform conceptual ideas into something beneficial to our millions of users
- Create UI flows, designs, and experiences that deliver value quickly and simply
- Solicit and give feedback to fellow designers in order to continually grow and improve the products we deliver to our users
- Work alongside product managers and developers to champion, build, and perfect the user experience of a product from inception all the way to launch (and V2, V3, and beyond)
Qualifications: What does it take to do this job?
- 5+ years in product design (including software, mobile, and web-based applications)
- Robust portfolio of interaction design work
- High level of proficiency in Sketch, Invision, and Adobe CC
- An insatiable appetite for learning, equaled by a commitment to a “we-not-me” culture
- Bonus points if you like to rock FramerJS, Oragami, or another prototyping tool
