We’ve raised $33.8M in funding, are ranked #95 on the Inc5000, and need a creative, talented and passionate web designer / developer who is interested in combining design, coding and marketing strategy talents to produce thoughtful, conversion-based digital assets.

Founded in 2012, OutboundEngine makes online marketing easy for everyone by combining a simple, easy-to-use marketing automation platform with professionally written and beautifully designed content. Our clients spend less time on marketing and more time serving their customers, and their customers get professional, engaging campaigns that drive loyalty and referrals.

What you will work on

• You will own the OutboundEngine website. Your primary responsibilities will be to evolve, manage, improve, and add content to this site. You will come up with creative ideas to improve web metrics like conversion rate, traffic, bounce rate, and site speed.
• You will help other members of the marketing team produce digital assets (landing pages, interactive web experiences, illustrations) for their channels.
• You will use analytics and A/B testing to optimize and test web experiences.
• You will work with a consultant to improve SEO on the website.
• You will mock up concepts and present them to stakeholders.
• You will maintain company branding across all customer-facing digital assets.
• You will use responsive design and optimize all web assets for all browsers and devices.
• You will manage all hosting-related issues using WP Engine.
