Analyst Relations Director
NinjaOne is seeking a visionary Analyst Relations Director to build and lead this global, strategic function. Reporting to the VP, Corporate Marketing & Communications, the role focuses on working with key industry analysts who advise technology buyers on IT strategy and vendor selection, track market forecasts/share/competitors, and shape public opinion of various technology categories and companies. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal communication skills, and an action-oriented way of working. Sheer AR program managers are not a fit, but if you love building relationships, talking tech, and impacting corporate and product strategy - this could be for you.
Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and in one of the following states TX, FL, CA, NC, GA, CT, ME, KS, NJ, & VA. We have physical offices in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL.
What You'll be Doing
- Develop, manage, and execute a targeted global analyst relations strategy for NinjaOne to educate industry analysts who work with our target prospects and customers.
- Build strong relationships with key industry analysts around the world.
- Partner deeply with product management and product marketing to channel analyst feedback into product development, strategy, and roadmap.
- Collaborate with analysts, analyst firms, and marketing on managing and procuring paid research and content projects on behalf of NinjaOne to drive demand and awareness.
- Create a data-first culture within the program, with clear goals and tracking around the impact of AR on search analytics, inquiries, awareness, and demand.
- Over time, build, lead, and professionally develop a talented team of analyst relations professionals.
About You
- We are seeking to hire the right person with the right attitude and mindset moreso than just any person who fits a specific career history. However, we are seeking a seasoned global analyst relations professional with 8-10 minimum years of experience and demonstrated excellence creating strong relationships, improving the business, and creating awareness and demand via AR.
- A background in enterprise technology with experience in analyst relations is required. Communications, product marketing, product management, and/or technical field-facing experience as well is a plus.
- You excel as a communicator, adept at fostering an environment where others feel genuinely heard, appreciated, and respected.
- Your strength lies in building and nurturing relationships, making you indispensable in cultivating and maintaining connections within our analyst community.
- Proven expertise working with senior executives and collaborating across all facets of a business.
- A proactive professional who can create strategy, execute, and cross-collaborate without a lot of oversight.
- Need to have a precise attention to detail and strong project management skills.
- Experience working in enterprise B2B technology is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Additional Information
Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $175,000 to $225,000 per year.
