Work you'll do

• Architect Microservices, API design, versioning, publish and service integrations.
• Utilize your expertise in spring boot, hibernate, JPA, REST, SOAP services, and SOA in system design.
• Use Object Orients Principles and expertise in Java code standards to design patterns and best practices.
• Communicate business requirements, and criteria to stakeholders and development teams.
• Create effort estimation for changes and enhancements.
• Provide architecture solutions for the complex business requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to align with the project scope and direction.
• Decide on the platforms and coding standards to be used in project development.
• Effectively communicate in professional settings in written and verbal communication.
• Lead, guide, and coach team members.

The Application Modernization and Innovation offering is comprised of experienced professionals who help guide clients through their most complex technology challenges. This can include the delivery of large-scale software applications & integrated systems, the development of service-oriented architecture (SOA) & other integrations solutions, and the delivery of technology enablement to support CIO services transformation. Our Application Modernization and Innovation offering focuses on key client issues that impact the core business. We provide operational value, modernized mission solutions, and enhanced technology innovation.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
• Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clientsandindustries/sectorsyou serve.
• 2+ years of experience architecting Microservices, and API design.
• 6+ years of relevant experience utilizing Microservices, and API development technologies.
• 2+ years of experience utilizing Spring Boot, SOAP API, REST API, JAVA, and SQL.

Preferred:

• 10+ Relevant years of experience preferred.
• Previous experience with AWS preferred.
• Technical Certification (Java, AWS, Etc.) preferred.
• Experience utilizing React, or SJS in architecture solutions preferred.
