Babylon Health is hiring for Digital Health Support Associates to support the delivery of digital healthcare on our Clinical Operations team.


As we grow our digital healthcare service in the US, you'll have the opportunity to join a team of ~20 Clinical Operations team members who provide exceptional virtual patient support to our patients. This position requires administrative and customer service skills, in addition to experience working in healthcare.


Location:


Due to COVID-19, this position is currently remote but as public health guidelines evolve there will be a requirement to work from our Austin, TX office.


Hours:


The Clinical Operations Support team provides service to our members 24 hours/7 days a week. Clinical Operations Support Associates scheduling will be based on business needs between the hours of 7am – 11pm including weekends & holidays.


You will be required to provide 40 hours per week and will be scheduled during the above times.

The Opportunity

  • You'll get a chance to learn new systems and use the latest technologies including Babylon's own EHR and Athena EHR to provide exceptional service to our members via email, telephone, and live chat. This will include registration, eligibility, scheduling, and technical issues.

  • As a rapidly-growing company, you'll get to join as we scale our teams and processes which will give you the opportunity to help build new ways of doing things and improve the way we delivery our service.

  • As well as provide service to our members, you'll be a part of managing back-end support processes including updating patient profile information, pre-screening and taking patient histories, chasing results, prescription and lab follow up procedures. This will give you a deeper understanding of the healthcare system and allow you to really make a difference to Americans across the country.

  • Babylon Health is a global healthcare company with operations in the UK, Rwanda, Asia, the Middle East and we plan to continue growing our service. You'll get to meet Babylonians from all over the world and collaborate on best practices and learn from our leaders from around the world.

What we're looking for:

  • Professional experience working in a high-volume customer service position e.g. call centre support or a highly administrative position (ideally 1 year or more but we are open to candidates with less experience). We typically recruit candidates with medical experience but for the right person we can provide training.

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to handle high volume administrative tasks.

  • Strong writing skills and comfort and familiarity using G-Suite and multiple systems at once.

  • The ability to follow all HIPPA rules by maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information

  • The hourly rate for this position is $20/hour and this position is permanent full-time (40 hours/week)
