You’ll work with the Creative Team Leads to manage the creative, delivery, and execution of digital marketing assets. These assets will range from paid media, digital e-commerce traffic drivers, and manual digital placements.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the creative team to ensure our brand standards are maintained in digital, cross-platform, marketing communications
  • Uphold graphic consistency of brand and ensure the quality of digital materials
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage various projects from start to finish within production deadlines
  • Communicate any problems or obstacles to Team Leaders and Project Managers
  • Build constructive business relationships with all marketing stakeholders, including Amazon counterparts
  • Ability to work independently, in cross-functional teams, and design & implement projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Take concepts created by category marketing + creatives and expand them across multiple deliverables

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Digital first thinking in all executions
  • Experience in digital media creation, graphic design, typography, and photo direction skills
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks and produce work consistently in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work well with various stakeholders to move projects from concept through updates to final execution
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment and personal resonance with Whole Foods Market core values

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree and 2-4 years relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Proficient in WorkFront, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Sketch, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Willingness to learn new design programs and tools
