Digital Production Artist

You’ll work with the Creative Team Leads to manage the creative, delivery, and execution of digital marketing assets. These assets will range from paid media, digital e-commerce traffic drivers, and manual digital placements.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the creative team to ensure our brand standards are maintained in digital, cross-platform, marketing communications
- Uphold graphic consistency of brand and ensure the quality of digital materials
- Work cross-functionally with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Manage various projects from start to finish within production deadlines
- Communicate any problems or obstacles to Team Leaders and Project Managers
- Build constructive business relationships with all marketing stakeholders, including Amazon counterparts
- Ability to work independently, in cross-functional teams, and design & implement projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Take concepts created by category marketing + creatives and expand them across multiple deliverables
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Digital first thinking in all executions
- Experience in digital media creation, graphic design, typography, and photo direction skills
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks and produce work consistently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work well with various stakeholders to move projects from concept through updates to final execution
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills

Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree and 2-4 years relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Proficient in WorkFront, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Sketch, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Willingness to learn new design programs and tools
