As a copywriter at REX you will be responsible for writing stellar and compliant listing descriptions that exceed our sellers’ expectations and captivate buyers' attention on our website. This role will partner closely with the Account Management team, as well as cross functionally with the Marketing organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Writing and proofreading 150+ real estate listing descriptions per month
  • Work on one-off ads for Google and Facebook, video scripts, landing pages, emails and more
  • Present creative concepts to internal stakeholders
  • Partner with Account Managers to ensure all descriptions meet compliance and standard operating procedure guidelines. 
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects, managing time efficiently and productively

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum 1 year copywriting experience in a real estate, marketing or advertising setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • Familiarity with best practices for Real Estate writing
  • Ability to understand digital marketing and the overall e-commerce space
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to stay organized and meet tight deadlines and quick turnaround times
  • Spelling and grammar wizard with incredible attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An online portfolio or work samples showing experience in writing for various advertising or marketing channels.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, self managing workload, and taking initiative to get the task done.
  • Collaborative and creative thinking
  • Demonstrated experience and passion for real estate is a plus
  • Proficient in Google Suite
