What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute successful social media strategies and campaigns
  • Drive continuous engagement and follower growth across PLANOLY’s portfolio of social accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok)
  • Lead and manage the social media team to create and publish high-quality content, support our community of users, and protect PLANOLY’s growing reputation 
  • Support community management across social media channels
  • Manage and monitor content (plan, schedule, and post) created for PLANOLY’s social media channels
  • Stay abreast of key industry trends and competitive insights to continually improve PLANOLY’s social media presence
  • Write captivating and engaging social copy in line with the brand’s voice (empathetic, supportive, positive, and witty)
  • Report on performance across social media channels, share insights from the digital community, industry trends, and competitors’ activities with the larger marketing team

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in social media management
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or equivalent preferred
  • Experience successfully concepting and managing strategic marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to write in the brand’s voice
  • Experience using PLANOLY or other social media management platforms
  • Knowledge of social media analytics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Strategic thinker who is willing to test fresh new ideas
