Rooster Teeth is looking for a Supervising Producer with the ability to integrate budgeting, scheduling, and resource management with our creative needs, business strategies, and initiatives.

You will provide effective leadership through collaboration, strong motivation, empowerment, coaching, training, and direction that fosters a challenging, yet results-oriented and rewarding environment.

The ideal candidate has experience working in all stages of production and an extensive network of personal and professional relationships with members of the entertainment industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Producers and Directors to prepare and vet budgets and schedules, providing feedback internally and externally on viability and risks.
  • Assess and address any existing and potential issues in bottlenecks and workflows.
  • Act as a resource during negotiations with talent and third party vendors.
  • Determine key industry players to accommodate creative vision and relationships, tax incentives, budget needs.
  • Recruit, hire, and promote team members to ensure production has the people and resources they need to get the job done.
  • Work with the department head regarding matters of high level strategy, creative management and overall resource allocation.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years as a Supervising Producer/Executive Producer working on a freelance or staff basis, having worked with medium and/or high budget studios, a major production company, and/or network series and/or films.
  • Animation production experience preferred.
  • Degree in a Broadcast, Media or Production-related field, or equivalent professional experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience with Production Scheduling, Accounting, and Resource Management.
  • Team-leader who excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Understands how to prioritize and respond to issues that may arise.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
