As Video Production Specialist, you'll be responsible for the production and optimization of videos and multimedia content across multiple channels and consumer brands. Additionally, you'll be filming shoots both on-site and off-site, inclusive of out-of-state travel.
The ideal candidate will have experience in ideation, video production and post-production. You will excel at the responsibilities listed below if you are self-driven to meet tight deadlines, comfortable balancing different priorities, and open to new challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the production of multiple video projects from ideation to publication.
- Strategize consumer-centric content, craft compelling stories and create educational content.
- Educate and train marketing and creative team on best practices.
- Create graphics for use in videos, including lower thirds, intro cards and end slates, and animations for social media.
- Photograph employees and various field/offsite events
- Set up and run livestreams of events, including multiple cameras, audio, and streaming
- Record, edit and post podcasts with senior leaders and other company employees.
- Organize and maintain a large library of media assets in line with the company's process and procedures.
- Collaborate with various teams across the company to plan, organize, and execute projects.
- Ensure visual elements and quality standards are maintained across the entire video production process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Film, Video Production, Communications or related field
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere.
- Proficient in all aspects of video production, such as: shoot setup; audio recording, mixing and editing; familiarity with video compression best practices and media asset management
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to use After Effects to create simple animations
- Experience shooting video with a wide range of professional cameras
- Adept with three-point studio lighting, as well as lighting for outdoor shoots
- Still photography experience a plus
- Experience taking concepts/ideas and creating multimedia content
- A willingness to embrace change, voice ideas, and work in a fast-paced environment is a must
