Business Analyst, Engineering & Delivery

As a Business Analyst for Engineering & Delivery you will serve as the conduit between the customer and delivery teams to translate the customer needs and value propositions into a scalable AI solution. You will manage the day to day Kanban tracking, ensuring each team member knows where and how they can bring value and aligning with the contract statement of work. This position will work closely with Project Managers and the Delivery & Operations leads to help develop and monitor KPIs and take initiative to drive organization and process across the team. Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions
• Write clear and concise requirement documentation for internal processes and customer facing materials
• Assist in RFPs and contract negotiations
• Assists on special projects: reports, analyses and makes recommendations to the team
• Build reports using the tools available in the applications
• Conducts User Acceptance Testing sessions to ensure that the deliverables meet business needs, serving as the SGS support point of contact and ultimately building out the SGS support portal and team
• Translating customer requirements to project/product execution metrics and manage the Kanban tracking system for each project
• Attend all SparkCognition product stakeholder meetings to help get SGS product requests on the roadmap - manage and put these requests in the SC feature request ticketing system
• Help management with tracking and estimating personnel utilization across project & product development
• Help management develop, track, and monitor delivery & engineering KPIs

Minimum Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in a business analyst role.
• Experience working directly with development engineers, exposure to AI/ML and data science preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation
• Ability to perform demonstrations within team and other internal stakeholders
• Ability to work well within a team; collaborating with others to find the best solution for the issue.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, independent problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Able to manage multiple projects with varying priorities and deadlines
• Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance when needed
