Position at HotSchedules

 

The HotSchedules Commercial Enablement Analyst will be responsible for scheduling and deploying  training plans, delivery of subject matter expertise training regarding best practice usage of solutions, process and tools for effective commercial operations, and plan/deliver needed communications to both the Commercial Org and larger organization in general. May help develop and/or administer new training programs to fill competency gaps. May analyze or recommend strategic priorities, sales force performance metrics and sales effectiveness tracking methods in order to maintain and improve the company’s competitive advantage in the market. .

 

Collaboration and coordination required across groups including:

  • Sales and Services Management
  • Solution Center
  • Channels Org
  • Operations and Enablement team
  • Business Applications team
  • Marketing
  • Product

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Map out training plans, design and develop training programs, including supporting documentation, for both webinar & in-person sessions
  • Market available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information
  • Collaborate with sales leadership on a wide needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
  • Develop and deliver web-based courses covering skill gaps among Commercial organization staff
  • Develop and deliver in-person process and systems training to Commercial organization new hires
  • Develop a regular cadence of communication and plan/coordinate/deliver needed “all hands” sales calls, webinars and regional meetings
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with SMEs regarding instructional design
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
  • Generate and maintain sales training calendar with regular communication, needed topics, and key presenters for sales. Product, Methodology, etc.
  • Assist with planning and execution of annual Commercial organization conference

 

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years in software sales field
  • 2+ years in an enablement or support type role
  • Bachelor's Degree in business related field preferred
  • Restaurant technology and operations experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Energetic, creative, organized, and self-motivated individual
  • Ability to deliver on business commitments
  • Strong understanding of internal systems and integration
    • Salesforce.com
    • NetSuite
    • Natero
    • Groove/Flow
    • Etc.
  • 1+ years experience with Google Applications (i.e. Sheets, Docs, Mail, Slides, Drive)
