You will have direct influence on how successful our business will be by partnering with the finance team to deliver quality information via modern analytical tools needed to measure past results, instrument current objectives, and predict future outcomes. The day to day.

• Provide team leadership and management for WP Engine's Finance business intelligence team
• Orchestrate and lead complex multi-functional data improvement initiatives and move enterprise data architecture to the Google Cloud Platform
• Be a domain authority in product data and analytics across the organization, partnering with corporate security for risk assessment to ensure compliance to data policy and regulations
• Work closely with internal partners to implement data pipelines, turning business requirements into technical requirements and leading your team's data skills and resources to complete requirements
• Lead a team of data professionals to deliver strategic data objectives as well as hire, train, develop, and promote team members
• Collaborate with leaders across WP Engine to influence decisions and outcomes through the use of data
• Other duties as assigned

Your skills and expertise.
Minimum qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in a SaaS business environment and a strong understanding of SaaS business metrics
• Undergraduate degree in math or sciences; MBA Preferred
• Shown project management skills of leading technical multi-team projects to completion
• Consistent record of never being satisfied with status quo and driving continuous improvement
• 3+ years of SQL and writing queries to support reporting
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools e.g. Domo, Looker etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
