Rex seeks a world-class Operations Manager with the character, skill, and backbone to build the next great technology business. You will take ownership and drive progress on key business initiatives for the company.

GetDone is a tech based property maintenance service that handles everything from logistics to quality assurance. Pre-vetted professionals are chosen to complete the assigned job all via an easy to schedule system. With GetDone, units are turned fast and property managers are able to better utilize their resources to service new tenants.

• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze a situation for potential future problems
• Positive attitude when interacting with customers
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to work with people at all management levels
• Ability to analyze varying stakeholder concerns, proactively working with diverse groups to address concerns, and drive solutions that get launched
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English (preferred)

Things to do:

• Work on the front lines of customer-facing product and operations development
• Manage back office system to track customer orders
• Create, track, and regularly analyze core business metrics and dashboards
• Manage a team of 2 outsourced support staff
• Take ownership and drive progress on key business initiatives, which are distilled into annual, quarterly, and weekly segments
• Develop and implement strong operational processes that enable efficiency
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations leadership to identify which areas of the operations can be improved through full automation and strong human-in-the-loop solutions
• Coordinate across teams, working closely with peers to ensure the appropriate focus and sense of urgency to incorporate tech-enabled scale
• Seek opportunities to learn, automate, document, share, educate, and improve processes where appropriate
• Experience with or desire to learn new software, including but not limited to: Jira, Microsoft Excel, Figma, Quickbooks, Property management invoicing software (Coupa/OpsTech/Vendor Cafe), Power BI, and Redshift
