REX is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to assist in cross-functional initiatives to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness to REX’s sales, account management, and operational processes. The successful candidate is highly organized, thrives in working with ambiguity in order to solve problems and find solutions, and turns strategic recommendations into reality.  The Sales Operations Analyst will also provide Salesforce training, sales support, and Salesforce UI design to all of our customer-facing teams. Additionally, will be responsible for creating and maintaining processes that support clean and actionable data.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct basic and ongoing sales process training sessions for sales and service departments, in addition to providing ad hoc support.
  • Create and modify existing sales and customer operation workflows to create automation across teams. 
  • Work with all departments to deliver the most effective page layouts and Lightning pages within Salesforce for each team.
  • Support compliance by enforcing visibility and sharing rules across various objects.
  • Continuously analyzes current operational processes and data to determine ways to increase productivity and quality.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards within Salesforce to help drive operational efficiency.
  • Run point in data reconciliation efforts to ensure accurate sales metrics and sales activity reporting by identify gaps in data quality, backfilling incomplete records, and writing validation rules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to train and knowledge-share on new processes.

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum 1 year of related experience in sales and business operations, analytics, and projects
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, operations, finance or a related field preferred
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (201) preferred, in process, or willing to attain quickly
  • Knowledge and experience of Salesforce Lightning functionality with the ability to build custom objects, formula fields, workflows, customer views in Sales Cloud
  • Possess data analysis and reporting skills to identify and implement measurable improvements
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and data workflows
  • Experience in streamlining operations and automating processes
  • Highly organized and attention to detail
  • The ability to turn ideas into realities via actionable plans and execution
  • Ability to make fact-based decisions, but exercise creativity and take responsible risks
  • Ability to work at a quick pace, independently, and wear multiple hats 
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment, especially building relationships with the sales team
