The Enterprise Analytics team is looking for Sr. Warehouse & Inventory Management Analytics Engineer that will play a crucial role in driving data visibility & insights across our Warehouse Management Systems and coupling this with other enterprise data sources to generate Single Source of Truth for our brands. This team drives business innovation by building business intelligence capabilities that generate data driven business improvement recommendations that help achieve strategic and financial objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the warehouse & inventory management processes and establish requirements for the implementation of descriptive, predictive & prescriptive analytics.
  • Partner with IT and Data Engineering teams to identify and source required data
  • Design Data Models and then build a reporting suite via static reports and interactive dashboards
  • Apply analytical skills in dealing with business projects with loosely defined requirements
  • Establish and measure standardized KPI’s as well as create new KPIs for warehouse & inventory management analytics
  • Perform descriptive analysis and deep dive investigations to uncover insights
  • Conduct written and verbal presentations of complex findings and recommendations to varying audience groups to influence business decisions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytics area such as Engineering, MIS, Statistics, Data Science Or relevant equivalent experience
  • +3 Years of Analytics experience, technical analyst roles or Business Intelligence roles
  • Experience with Snowflake, Big Query and/or SQL-based data warehouse solutions
  • Skilled at designing data models to transform raw table data into actionable datasets
  • Proven experience with building and maintaining KPIs and Dashboards, integrating new data sources to enhance metrics over time
  • Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools to tell a story
  • Must have quantitative skills with an ability to analyze data and make recommendations.
  • Capable of implementing solutions by understanding financial and operational aspects of the business.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences and mediums.
  • Creative problem solver and desire to learn. 

Bonus Points:

  • Master’s Degree in an analytics area such as Engineering, MIS, Statistics, Data Science
  • Consulting experience delivering warehouse management analytics for clients
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various supply chain operations, process, and systems.
  • Advanced mathematical skills for statistical analytics in the areas assigned.
  • Experience in Data Engineering and Automation Projects

Our headquarters is located in Austin, Tx at the address listed. The majority of our roles are flexible hybrid for employees who live within the cities where we have offices and remote for employees who are not located in those cities.
