WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

• Actively collaborate with Data Engineering to make sure we have scalable ETLs and warehouse data models in place for Marketing data
• Build comprehensive Marketing reporting suites in Tableau and ensure data highly quality by working closely with stakeholders in US Marketing and colleagues in the Global Marketing Analytics team
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Legal, and third party providers to ensure we collect and track the right data for measurement
• High-quality analysis to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and generate learning for the future campaigns
• Design and set up online and/or offline experiments to test well-defined hypotheses and inform optimization decisions on marketing spend
• Support ad-hoc data requests and drive self-service from business users 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
• Advanced SQL skills
• Proven experience using Tableau or other industry-standard visualization tools to build automated reporting
• Understanding of database infrastructure, ETLs, and data pipelines 
• Analytics experience in digital marketing and experimentation (e.g A/B tests)
• Knowledge of digital marketing technologies
• Strong communicator - able to bring clarity to complex business situations
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-moving, client-delivery orientated environment

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience working in marketing preferably in fast-moving tech companies
• Experience in Python, BigQuery and DBT
