About the Role:
Talent Ops & Immigration is a dual role, supporting both Immigration administration and HR Operations. This role manages core HR processes and programs and serves as the subject matter expert and main point of contact for all immigration and global mobility matters.
What You'll Do:
• Oversee the administration of domestic and international relocations as well as the US and Global immigration processes, working with external vendors and international HR contacts as required.
• Ensure enterprise immigration solutions meet business needs and regulatory requirements/compliance. Stay current on knowledge of laws, legislative changes and procedures used in processing immigration cases.
• Oversee visa application processes and business travel letters, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of completion. Serve as liaison between internal stakeholders (HR, Managers, candidates/employees) and outside legal counsel on preparation, review and tracking of non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions.
• Manage permanent residency (green card) cases, including the PERM process, prevailing wage documentation, LCA posting, & labor market recruitment.
• Develop programs/policies to support core HR processes and business objectives.
• Manage temporary worker program by partnering with vendor, and communicating with hiring managers regarding extensions, terminations, and conversions.
• Serve as Beeline system administrator.
• Assist with Executive, HR and confidential onboarding.
• Develop and manage Epicor policies, lead cross functional policy committee to review/vet new policies or changes, manage centralized policies site, partner with SMEs on policy content.
• Manages vendor relations and PO/invoices for HR products, tools and services.
• Lead special programs as needed.
What You Need to Succeed:
• Background in administration of Global Mobility programs for multi-national companies.
• Proven history of managing projects, meeting deadlines, and producing excellent deliverables.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization.
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
• 2+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
• 2+ years of specialized/industry
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
• GMS Certification preferred
