Overview We are in search of a detail-oriented Total Rewards Analyst to who will be responsible for supporting our team with compensation and benefits on various programs and projects. This role will report to the Director of Total Rewards.

You will

• Provide support on various programs such as annual merit cycle, open enrollment, and compensation proposals for new hires, promotions and salary adjustments.
• Ensure data integrity by conducting routine audits of employee data from various sources such as job level and profile, business title
• Research and resolve errors with a sense of urgency, conducting root cause analysis to ensure that issue is contained and corrected
• Utilize analytics, modeling, competitive intelligence, and market research of both compensation and benefits programs.
• Assist with data submission on all rewards related surveys and reporting.

• Strong analytical, pragmatic, and adaptable mindset, with the ability to evaluate complex data
• Excellent communicator
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Willing to learn and contribute
• Demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness
• Strong analytical, financial and modeling skills; expert on Excel
• Bachelor's degree preferred with at 2+ years or work experience preferably in Human Resources, Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting or similarly applicable field
