Digital Visual Designer (Contract)

As a Digital/Visual Designer, you'll work under the mentorship of the Product Design Lead to improve our UI and advance our family of products.
This is a contract position, onsite at our downtown Austin office.
What You'll Do:
- Produce and improve visual assets for implementation across our app, web, and email products
- Ensure that the quality of our design assets meet standards and prepare deliverables for handoff to engineers
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers in a diverse and inclusive environment
What You Bring:
- 2+ years as a Visual Designer or similar role
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop); familiarity with Sketch preferred but not required
- A strong foundation in production design techniques and practices for mobile and desktop
- A basic understanding of front-end development web programming languages such as HTML5 and CSS
- A proactive attitude and the ability to deliver high quality with efficiency
- A portfolio that displays a comprehensive knowledge of design fundamentals and demonstrates quality execution
- Experience with design systems and/or digital asset management is a plus!
- Degree and/or certificate in Graphic Design or related field is preferred.
