Lead Product Designer - Community and Support (Remote)
Atlassian is continuing to hire with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. All new and existing Atlassians will continue to work from home until it’s safe to return to our offices. When our offices re-open, we will provide the choice to work from home or return to work in an office unless a job requirement makes it necessary for a particular role to be performed at an Atlassian office.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Designer on our Support Experiences Team, a strategically driven design team that facilitates alignment between multiple partners, processes, and systems to support the creation of cohesive and delightful customer support experiences.
In this role, you’ll partner with the Atlassian Community to connect our users with an active and robust support network and help shape the future of Atlassian’s most trafficked digital channel. You will be deeply involved in the entire design process from helping define vision and strategy through final decisions and execution.
We’re Looking for a Natural Leader Who Will:
- Lead and execute the UX strategy, roadmap, and success metrics
- Partner with product management and engineering to work cross functionally on Community engagement strategies
- Lead qualitative research efforts to gather feedback from the Community and bring insights to internal teams
- Work with stakeholders across Atlassian to ensure Community is engaged and connected to the end-to-end support experience
- Actively look for opportunities to improve the current user experience for existing tools/features
- Provide a team with mentorship, direction, leadership, and support necessary to ensure that they're able to accomplish their goals

- Experience with strategies for utilizing data including qualitative and quantitative feedback to drive awesome experiences
