MultiTracks.com is an innovative and growing technology company that distributes MultiTracks for worship teams in Ableton Live and our iOS app Playback.

We're looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our design team for MultiTracks.com. Our team is a fun group of highly creative, sharp, and innovative people working on a challenging suite of apps that push the boundaries as we blur the lines of creating, iterating and developing as a team. We're looking for motivated individuals that love to look at the big picture and deliver compelling ways to enrich the user experience. The UX/UI Designer also works alongside a highly cross-functional team of visual designers, copywriters, marketers, product leaders, and business leaders, all working together to bring ideas to life.

Required Skills:

• Create user experience goals, priorities, and deliverables that align with project milestones
• Partner with multiple stakeholders, including product team, engineers, organizational leaders, and other designers, in drafting & brainstorming initial concepts
• Coordinate multiple projects to completion
• Create iterative designs that meet project objectives and respond to feedback and user testing
• Convey design ideas via sketches, storyboards, user flows, wireframes and prototypes
• Work across a wide range of projects, technologies and devices
• Support development teams throughout the implementation cycle

Minimum Qualifications:

• Portfolio displaying experience with design and strategy that meet user needs, product requirements, and business goals
• Applications submitted without a portfolio link will not be considered
• Prefer 3+ years of experience working in the field of user experience and visual design
• Knowledge of UX/UI patterns and principles
• Experience receiving feedback and creating design solutions within an iterative design process
• Experience multi-tasking and managing multiple projects with various timelines
• Experience creating digital interface design solutions for the web, desktop applications and/or mobile and hand-held devices
• Experience designing and running user testing and other qualitative customer validation
• Presentation experience

• Passion for music, creativity, and serving worship leaders globally
• Experience at a digital agency, advertising agency or an in-house team
• Passionate about thoughtful design solutions and strong attention to detail
• Drive and passion to improving user experience and usability of complex problems
