Role Summary:
inKind is looking for an experienced Video & Graphic Designer who is ready to take our marketing storytelling to life through a variety of channels. The Video & Graphic Designer will focus on marketing assets for web, email, social media, and other digital marketing mediums.
Responsibilities:

• Design logos, branding, presentations, website, digital advertisements, and more as needed
• Lead cross-functional design projects alongside all departments including motion graphics
• Conceptualize and design marketing campaign collateral
• Work to maintain brand consistency and continuity
• Manage multiple priorities under deadlines, independently as well as working with a team
• Lead cross-functional design projects alongside all departments
• Think like a designer and marketer by creating graphics and video to better communicate inKind's messaging across multiple channels

Requirements

• 5+ years of graphic design experience
• 3+ years of experience working in/with motion design studios, ad agencies, or post-production houses for digital display advertising
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual design skills in 2D motion design and VFX capabilities
• Experience with storyboarding and collaborating with content creators to articulate thoughts and pitch ideas to cross-functional teams
• Attitude accustomed to accepting and applying feedback
• Impeccable attention to detail and admiration for design and excellent brand content
• Highly proficient in the Adobe Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition
• Experience creating JSON files for mobile & web applications
• Experience in Figma and Sketch
• Restaurant, hospitality, or food industry experience a plus
