We’re looking for a Digital Acquisition Specialist to own our online acquisition, measurement, and optimization. Specifically, the Digital Acquisition Specialist will:

• Develop the paid media strategy for lead generation to achieve revenue and pipeline goals.
• Own campaign budget, management, and execution across all paid acquisition channels to maximize return on ad spend.
• Map, track and improve the customer journey and identify ways to reduce friction and increase conversions.
• Create strategy for identifying, testing and evaluating new marketing channels and tactics.
• Drive a rigorous testing program, aiming to continuously launch, analyze, optimize, and scale new campaigns and strategies.
• Develop robust attribution tracking, allowing for downstream metrics measurement and funnel optimization.
• Conduct periodic keyword research, technical and content audits and competitor analysis to discover new SEO opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience and success managing digital advertising campaigns on Google AdWords and Facebook/Instagram (Google Adwords Certified is a Plus).
• Proficient with SEO & SEM tools such as Google Search Console, Moz, Google Analytics, etc. 
• Strong tracking, analytics, and reporting skills, including Google Analytics.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices knowledge of PPC / SEM / SEO tactics and guidelines.
• Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
