ClearDATA is seeking Application Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your expertise and gain new experience in the world of hosted and managed services while being part of the Health Care revolution to the Cloud. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in supporting and maintenance of various applications. What you’ll do:

• Support internal tools, including, but not limited to: minor configuration and/or upgrades, application support, monthly vendor patches, troubleshooting, application updates and routine maintenance.
• Provide night and weekend on-call coverage as needed.
• Suggest, implement, and maintain solutions between the supported application and integrated third-party applications.
• Create an execute an internal tools roadmap including maintenance and functionality, and track problems and incidents to resolution.
• Proactively research and locate the necessary tools and processes to improve functionality, and track problems and incidents to resolution.
• Provide due diligence in the identification and evaluation of a potential provider; advise and define license recommendations that support business goals, in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with business counterparts and provide excellent customer service/support.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

· Proficient in basic IT technologies, appropriate for ClearDATA.

• 3-5 years of experience
• Strong familiarity and technical competence with applicable technology, such as Jenkins, GitLab, TrendMicro, A/D, Confluence, Tenable, Nexus scan, etc.as, Jenkins, GitLab, TrendMicro, A/D, Confluence, Tenable, Nexus scan, etc.
• Previous experience with application support in 1-3 of these products, vendor patches, minor configuration patches and upgrades
• Strong troubleshooting to resolution experience
