We are looking for a passionate Engineering Manager, Platform to join our team. You’ll lead a team of platform engineers and site reliability engineers who are building and maintaining complex infrastructure. Among other responsibilities, the Platform Team’s responsibilities include monitoring and enhancing performance observability, creating CI/CD pipeline, and building and maintaining a monitoring system. You will work collaboratively with the rest of the organization while building the best product experience.

Here's What We're Looking For

* 3+ years experience managing as a people manager

* 4+ years of software development experience

* Thorough understanding of Site Reliability and Platform Engineering principles

* Familiarity with Node.JS

* Familiarity with Terraform 

* Familiarity with Docker

* Familiarity with GraphQL and Apollo

* Experience with AWS (specifically ECS)

* Experience building and delivering successful products. 

* Passionate about PlayVS and the problem we are solving

* Committed desire to understand our customers

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Possess a growth mindset: Live and breathe experimentation, data analysis, and ruthlessly prioritize for impact
