If you were already working for us, you would be:
- Create and maintain performance test scripts, assisting in incorporating scripts into CI/CD pipelines, and identifying memory, network, and CPU challenges.
- Work closely with development teams and architects providing evidence of performance issues and delivering clear concise reports with recommendations to improve performance, reliability, and stability.
- Prepare performance testing Strategy, automation test creation, and reporting.
- Work independently while self-managing tasks and delivering on agreed-upon due dates.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and product managers to understand non-functional performance requirements.
- Execute Load, Stress, Endurance, Spike, and Breakpoint tests.
- Establish scripting guidelines standards with maintainability and reusability in mind.
- Provide clear and concise reports with recommendations.
- Report issues in the defect tracking tool.
- Work in Agile/Scrum methodology.
You may be a good fit for our team if you have:
- 3+ years' experience in one or more load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling)
- Proven data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Strong self-driven collaborator with the ability to work in diverse teams as a contributing member
- Knowledgeable of Linux (Unix) commands and scripting languages
- Strong QA background and grasp of QA principles and practices.
- Experience testing backend API's
- Enthusiasm for troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving complex problems, demonstrating strong problem solving and communication skills, and being the subject matter expert on performance testing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
It would be great if you had:
- Familiarity of UI / Front End performance testing
