About the Role
Orchard is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist that will play a key role in ensuring the best customer experience possible for a rapidly scaling sales team. Our dedication to the quality of our work and customer experience is what has propelled us to become a true disrupter in the Real Estate industry. As part of the Sales Operations department, this person will work with cross-functional Sales team members to maintain company quality assurance standards and definitions, monitor customer engagement for quality adherence, and work to create a culture of Quality Champions. The ideal candidate is a self motivated professional who thrives in a fast-moving, startup environment and is exceptionally organized with a meticulous attention to detail.
This is a Full-Time role that will report into the Director of Sales Operations and be based out of our growing Austin office.
What You’ll Do Here
- Document and build upon company quality assurance standards
- Work with cross-functional teams to document and build upon internal compliance standards
- Monitor and document employee/customer interactions to measure quality assurance compliance
- Identify areas of opportunity for training to improve company wide compliance
- Work with Business Intelligence to build reporting that measures and quantifies employee quality and compliance
- Analyze and investigate customer complaints or reported quality issues to provide clarity and guide outcomes.
We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
- At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance role, real-estate, or other relevant experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Established knowledge of quality assurance methods, tools, and terminology
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
