What we do…

Our product is the premier web-based platform for improving communication in healthcare to patients during the Patient Engagement lifecycle, or within groups of providers by helping coordinate patients transition-of-care.

LeadingReach is used in clinics and hospitals nationwide to drive operational efficiency, improve the patient experience and ultimately reduce overall cost by improving outcomes and reducing readmissions. In short: we want to be both patients and providers best friend.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum (4) years working as a software developer
• Minimum (2) years working as a software developer using PHP or can demonstrate an expert level of knowledge and aptitude
• Experience with at least 2 or more server side languages (PHP, Python, C#, Ruby, Java, GO, C++).
• Experience developing RESTful APIs.
• Experience maintaining, designing and developing database applications using MySQL or Microsoft SQL Server. Preference is for MySQL
• Knowledge of maintaining, designing and developing database applications using MongoDB a plus
• Working knowledge of Linux or Unix type OS systems (ie. Ubuntu, Redhat, etc.)
• Working knowledge of Git and Github
• Working knowledge of Jenkins
• Experience with Scrum and Kanban or similar Agile development methodologies
• Must be a strong team player that communicates well
• Must have a positive can-do attitude and treat everyone equally with respect
• Work hard, play hard—must be willing to join in an afternoon game or tournament of Ping Pong, Darts, nerf gun wars, video games, chess, etc.

Experience with the following is a plus:

• Experience with virtual technologies and their usefulness and application in a separated development/QA/stage/production environment--Vagrant, Docker, Virtual Box, etc.
• PHP and Symfony
• PHPStorm
• Javascript, Angular.js, and single page web application architecture
• Healthcare software experience or experience in the healthcare industry a big plus
