We are looking for a motivated, sophisticated and technically capable Site Reliability Engineer Manager to lead our SRE Team. You would be working alongside our product teams to improve the way we build, release and iterate on our software. You would be working on initiatives that develop and facilitate the development of our infrastructure and tooling.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

• Managing a globally distributed team of Service Reliability Engineers
• Hire, retain and develop engineering talent
• Deliver scalable customer orientated systems
• Improving the on-call incident response process
• Setting SLOs, SLAs, and SLIs

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Track record of building and managing high-performance teams
• Experience with distributed systems in a production environment
• Advanced experience with one or more programming languages we use (GoLang, Python, Java, JS)
• Experience with at least one major cloud vendor, preferably AWS
• Experience building and managing mission-critical systems on top of modern cloud services, preferably Kubernetes
• Deep systems and infrastructure knowledge
• Track record of improving service reliability and efficiency
• Experience with SRE goals, processes, and culture
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across multiple business and technical teams
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results on time with high quality
