Job Summary:

We build Java, Scala, Rails, and Node services. Our teams operate with autonomy and an ethos of Do the Right Thing.

We are vocal. Engineers, designers, and product managers are peers on teams to create our products. Our voice is critical in making our software awesome. 

We grow. We didn’t know all of this six years ago, and our industry is changing constantly. We want new engineers that want to learn, and we want experts that want to set the bar high.

We’re currently hiring for several of our back end teams that are solving hard problems using JVM-based, open source technologies.

Interested?

Must Haves:

• Practical experience with Java in a production environment
• Experience with git and collaborating via pull requests
• Comfortable working in small teams and shipping SaaS features directly to production

Bonus:

• Familiarity with distributed systems and datastores such as Kafka, Zookeeper, Cassandra, ElasticSearch, and Solr
• Familiarity with relational databases and demonstrable experience with SQL
• Familiarity with Dropwizard and Jersey
• Familiarity with DI via Spring, Guice, Dagger
• Familiarity with QueryDSL and Hibernate
• Familiarity with Ruby and PHP
