What You'll Do:

  • Consults on multiple projects as a subject matter expert in the configuration of the product
  • Provide support in the development of future state options to improve product performance.
  • Provides technical guidance to Clients and internal staff in the configured solution.
  • Works with Solution Architects and Implementation Consultants to understand Client requirements in order to develop effective solutions.
  • Contributes to the development of standardized repeatable solutions
  • Prepares technical specifications and requirements
  • Identify and evaluate configuration inefficiencies and recommends efficient solutions.
  • Ensures the conceptual completeness of the technical solution implemented. Create and implement test and QA plans to ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the solution.
  • Troubleshoot issues and makes recommendation regarding the solution, including defect triage meetings, and submitting cases.
  • Provides guidance on solutions, tools, architecture and approaches to customers in a virtual environment.
  • Lead sessions with customer subject matter experts to thoroughly evaluate and understand requirements
  • Maintain up to date expertise of all product features, modules, add-ons, etc.
  • Contribute to the on-going development and improvement of standardized deployment practices, particularly for integrating complex technical solutions into existing product implementation methodologies
  • 1+ years of professional experience or 1 year of related experience in software implementation with external customers
  • Strong technical background in web technologies, databases, and integrating with other third-party software
  • Strong technical background in database structure
  • Experience effectively documenting requirements and documenting solution design – able to articulate and provide examples of methodologies used
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently
  • Demonstrate understanding of and commitment to Social Solutions' vision of becoming the premier provider of case management software in the country.
  • Knowledge or experience with reporting packages (Business Objects Web Intelligence preferred) and databases (SQL), including the ability to create custom queries for data analysis purposes.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Additional Experience:

  • Experience with human services/social services programs or organizations
  • Familiarity with local, state, and/or federal government databases and reporting requirements
  • Experience with XML or CSS programming
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Access/Excel
  • Direct experience as part of a software implementation team
  • Bachelor Degree (i.e.: Computer Science or related field)
