VP of Engineering

What you’ll do:
Report directly to the CTO to manage a growing team
Lead teams of talented engineers and data scientists to build complex analytics
Help design the product’s architecture and technical roadmap
Manage timelines and identify when deliverables are at risk and formulate alternatives
Help the team balance competing priorities
Foster a culture of improvement through mentorship and feedback
Inspire and help grow the team
Integrate with our research team to build bleeding edge signals to solve disinformation

Preferably you’ve had 3+ years leading multiple engineering teams in a startup environment
