Job Summary:

Spredfast + Lithium is hiring an experienced finance professional as Director of FP&A. In this position, you will partner with and support the Development, Product Management, Services, Customer Success, and Customer Support functions of Spredfast + Lithium while developing and maintaining working relationships with the CTO, CPO and CCO.

The Director of FP&A will lead a team of two analysts and report to the VP of FP&A. He/she will work across a large portion of the company to provide a wide range of financial and decision support information to senior management and department VPs, including developing business plans, evaluating new initiatives, and maintaining long range financial plans. The Director will interact frequently with senior management in this role and must become a thought partner to his/her teams.

Responsibilities:

• Establish trust with and become a strategic partner to the Chief Customer Officer, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer
• Update and maintain product category and product line P&Ls, and identify key business trends and drivers, which will help drive investment decisions across multiple organizations
• Provide the reporting and insight to help the CCO and Services executives manage both ARR and NRR P&Ls across several Services business lines
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting - analyzing financial results, distilling/synthesizing key trends, assessing current and future business risk, and communicating key messages to senior management
• Oversee preparation of budgets and forecasts, month-end reporting and analysis, operational and management reporting
• Work with Accounting on the monthly and quarterly close and reporting cycle
• Lead, coach and manage team of 2 analysts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA or CPA preferred
• 8+ years of finance experience, preferably in technology company
• 3+ years of management experience
• Ability to lead and influence broad team including those not in direct reporting line
• Ability to manage multiple processes in a fast-paced environment
• Stellar problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to change quickly and often
• Strong process management skills
• Ability to work cross functionally
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience with a financial planning system required / experience with Anaplan or other cloud-based planning system a plus
