LegalZoom.com is seeking a Sales Finance Analyst to join our Finance & Analytics team.  We are seeking a highly-motivated professional with experience in sales metrics, modeling and KPI analysis. This position will interact frequently with and partner with our Business Development, Innovation, and Finance teams while offering great opportunity for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage budget and forecasting processes for revenue and operating expense
• Define, track and report on business drivers for Business Development and Innovation sales teams
• Partner with Business Intelligence to create and maintain daily, weekly, monthly dashboards for senior management and key stakeholders
• Create analyses to help teams drive labor and workflow efficiencies
• Support analyses for monthly executive KPI reviews
• Consolidate and manage daily, weekly, monthly business reporting for all product lines and functional teams
• Provide historical analyses on P&L and present actionable findings/insights
• Support sales and financial teams on projects and ad hoc analyses

Qualifications:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with highly motivated team members
• Highly analytical and quantitative, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to quickly and effectively build partnerships with stakeholders across the company
• Exceptional communication skills and an ability to effectively present analyses to both internal and external clients and influence change
• B.A., preferably in Finance, Economics or related fields
• A minimum of three years of experience in Sales Finance or Sales Operations environment
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in Anaplan a plus
• Intermediate user of SQL
• Intermediate user of Tableau
• Competent in using Salesforce and its workflows
