Lithium is looking for an experienced finance professional to join the FP&A team. In this position you will partner with and support the Chief Customer Officer organization, which includes Customer Support, Customer Success, and the Professional Services teams. You will also own corporate reporting, giving you an overview of full company financials. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, be interested in process improvement and be highly organized. Your ability to build relationships and become a trusted business partner is critical to your success.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Chief Customer Officer on planning and forecasting, reporting, and decision support analysis
• Build a deep and trusting relationship with your business partners
• Provide strategic decision support through high-quality business forecasting and analytics processes
• Conduct regular business review meetings to share results, gather needs for further research and analysis, and make recommendations
• Ensure accurate and timely creation of executive & BOD reporting
• Work closely with accounting and the business on improving processes
• Becoming a co-Admin to Anaplan
  • Perform monthly actuals uploads and reconciliation
  • Cost center structure and COA maintenance
  • Monthly and quarterly report creation & maintenance
• Ad-Hoc projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Business Acumen: Effectively communicate quantitative findings, make and defend meaningful conclusions and recommendations, identify and interpret trends and relationships
• Demonstrated aptitude to think strategically and advise senior business managers on a broad set of decisions
• Excellent quantitative, written, and presentation skills; organized, thorough.
• Experience working with a team and executive management
• Willingness to be flexible and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or any business degree
• 6+ years of relevant experience
• High proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in a SaaS company a plus
• Comfortable with systems & can learn quickly; Experience with Anaplan, NetSuite, or Domo a plus
• MBA or CPA preferred
