We are looking for a Finance Program Manager to define operating processes and lead Financial projects at RetailMeNot in sunny, downtown Austin. We need someone who is comfortable working closely with FP&A, Sales, Business Operations (Business Analytics), and business partners to define and run key business initiatives and other special projects.

In this role you will build project plans from partner requirements and be a natural at facilitating large cross-functional team discussions. You will be responsible for coordinating and aligning teams across multiple departments, should be willing to take action, and have direct experience running projects and developing new processes.

• You've used Salesforce, Operative, Anaplan and Workday (a plus) as well as Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, Jira Portfolio or similar collaboration tools
• You've got a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification (a plus)

What You'll Do

• You'll be the lead on initiatives owned by Finance, Business Operations and Sales; build project plans and documentation; identify project tasks, breakthroughs, dependencies, and owners, and own report on these projects.
• You'll collaborate with project teams on project scope and ensure timelines are clearly defined and properly phased while representing Finance at key planning meetings and owning and driving follow-ups and clear communications to business and Finance partners
• You'll support Finance leadership in annual company planning, goal setting, and project definition
• You'll lead processes for GAAP reporting, sales compensation and product pricing/profitability review cycles
• You'll develop an in-depth understanding of RetailMeNot’s products, business models, and financial operations
• You'll support critical relationships with internal and external business partners
• You'll drive multiple complex to large programs simultaneously from initiation through delivery
