We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Business Operations, Planning, and Analytics (BizOps) team in beautiful, downtown Austin. BizOps owns both Financial Planning & Analysis and Data Analytics within RetailMeNot. This role will be at the forefront of our efforts to translate our winning solutions for users into winning programs for our merchant partners. This role requires a combination of advanced analytical skills and practical negotiating skills, all while responded at the speed of Sales. You thrive in a rapidly changing environment and deliver excellent service to internal partners. You'll work closely with our Finance, Sales, and Sales Ops leaders to shape pricing of new products, design efficient workflows for new and current products, and forecast merchant performance.

Who You Are

• You have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
• You have 3-5 years of related work experience
• You're skilled in MS Excel (including advanced lookup and reference functions)
• You have working knowledge of SQL and relational database
• You're curious about information flows and data relationships, seeing and solving “the puzzle” 

What You'll Do

• You'll work with Finance and Product Leadership to design and deliver new pricing strategies
• You'll collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to ensure successful B2B adoption of new and existing products
• You'll own merchant P&L and pricing approvals
• You'll oversee and audit of deal negotiations to ensure proper financial controls and pricing policy adherence
• You'll own complex financial models used to forecast merchant sales and price opportunities accordingly
• You'll drive merchant forecast accuracy and revenue realization through financial oversight and continuous forecast model improvements
• You'll partner with sales leadership to build compelling deal terms to drive successful negotiations with merchants
• You'll build and lead Quote to Billing sales and financial workflows support dynamic product lines
