LegalZoom.com is seeking an Operations Analyst to join Operations Finance.  We are seeking a highly-motivated professional with experience in SQL, Tableau dashboard construction, operational metrics, modeling, and KPI analysis. This position will interact frequently with and partner with Operations Finance, and offers great opportunity for growth and advancement.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with Operations Finance to define, track and report on operational drivers for Production and Customer Care teams
• Leverage SQL, Access, and Tableau to create and maintain daily, weekly, monthly dashboards for senior management and key stakeholders
• Create visual analyses to help operational teams drive labor and workflow efficiencies
• Report and analyze on Key Performance Indicators and SLAs
• Partner with BI on tasks related to the development and maintenance of a data warehouse and reporting dashboards for Operations
• Work cross functional with other analysts and key stakeholders in Finance, Marketing, and Technology departments
• Consolidate and manage daily, weekly, monthly operational reporting for all product lines and functional teams
• Team with  operational and financial teams on projects and ad hoc analyses

Qualifications:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with highly motivated team members
• Advanced SQL, Excel, Access, and Tableau skills
• A minimum of two years SQL practical use and visualization construction
• Familiarity with SAP Business Objects
• Highly analytical and quantitative, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to quickly and effectively build partnerships with stakeholders across the company
• Exceptional communication skills and an ability to effectively present analyses to both internal and external clients and influence change
• B.A., preferably in computer science, Finance, Economics or related fields
• Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
