Financial Systems Administrator

What You'll Do:
• Support Anaplan as a primary model builder which includes creating management reports and dashboards within the system, managing data migrations between multiple systems, and building new features and adjusting old features as business requirements change
• Work with key stakeholders throughout the organization to help drive strategic and tactical initiatives as they relate to Anaplan and the financial planning process
• Manage the data flow between Epicor E10 ERP system, Aptitude RevStream, UKG Pro, and Anaplan
• Prepare and maintain various functional pages for loading forecast and budget into Anaplan
• Automate processes, implement, and enforce necessary change management and compliance controls to ensure data integrity and system stability
• Work with senior leadership in Finance and Business Intelligence to help optimize the existing monthly reporting process.
• Project management skills such as consistent feedback to the business on the estimated delivery time of changes and a strong organizational ability to communicate which changes are coming first and when is a must.
What You Need to Succeed:
• Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance or Accounting
• 2+ years Anaplan Model and Report Design, certifications required
• Experience with SQL, VBA, and advanced knowledge of Excel
• Experience with Oracle Essbase Administration is a plus
General Skills:
• Strong understanding of the financial planning process and the accounting data that goes into building financial statements
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of an organization to solve problems
• Solid understanding of Finance and Accounting concepts, FP&A experience a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral)
• Strong time and project management skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
• Excellent organization skills and attention to details
