The Role
We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our Finance Team. As a FP&A Analyst you will be responsible for financial reporting (individual, consolidated and per business unit), budget and forecasts preparation, capital planning, valuations, and the development of internal control policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast growing, ever changing environment, they will have a high drive for results, ability to operate independently and as part of a team and will be analytical, motivated, resourceful and eager to dive into data.
Performance Responsibilities
- Assist in financial planning and analysis activities across various business units
- Develop, Monitor KPI, and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
- Provided timely tracking and insights on financial performance against forecast and budgets Provide monthly reporting for both management and external stakeholders on current and future financial performance
- Drive budgetary planning processes and monitoring, including creation and maintenance of product models.
- Building partnerships with functional managers to understand drivers, trends, opportunities, and to share insights and recommendations
- Ad-hoc financial analysis to support key business decisions
What we expect from you
- 3-4 years’ FP&A experience at a hyper-growth SaaS or Supply Chain start-up company
- Experience in raising capital, dealing with private equity/VC
- Advanced modelling, forecasting skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Demonstrate a can-do-attitude to challenge the status quo and influence improvement
- Passion for fast paced, high growth and challenging environments
Nice to have
- MBA or CPA is a plus
- Experience in Corporate Finance, Management Consulting or Investment Banking
- Experience in public company, Fortune 500 environment strongly preferred
