WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

We seek a Growth Strategy Associate to join our High Growth Accounts Team as we continue to grow our largest revenue opportunity accounts and serve as a key partner in developing the expansion strategy for proptech and fintech companies that we work with. This person will be an early team member of the Qualia High Growth Accounts team, reporting to the Director of High Growth Accounts. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various teams throughout the company and develop partnerships with the largest players in the real estate space. Qualia will be a key participant in enabling the next generation of real estate companies to thrive. You will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, building outreach strategies, developing relationships and managing the sales pipeline for High Growth Accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Strategically identify and facilitate new partnership opportunities between High Growth Accounts and other key players in the fintech and proptech market 
  • Build and maintain the High Growth Account sales pipeline 
  • Generate quality introductions between our prospects and Growth Managers that will drive additional revenue growth
  • Research accounts, understand their business model, identify key contacts and build interest
  • Work on projects that will require you to collaborate with internal teams to execute successfully
  • Create sales events (demos, follow up demos, scheduled calls, etc) with new and existing accounts
  • Manage and maintain up to date contacts, opportunities, and account information within Salesforce
  • Leverage Salesforce and Outreach to run targeted cadences with proficiency
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Sales Ops to build effective cadences and events that build interest and advance opportunities in the sales funnel
  • Commit to learning and understanding the Qualia differentiators so that you can effectively communicate Qualia's value
  • Analyze current market trends and opportunity size within the proptech, fintech and title insurance space

YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH

  • Internship or 1-2 years of experience in venture capital, consulting, private equity, or an early stage startup
  • 1 year of experience in the technology, proptech or fintech space is a plus
  • You have a deep, holistic knowledge of tech and business which will allow you to evaluate and act on growth opportunities 
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with C-Suite executives 
  • Experience in a customer facing role where you’ve had to develop and maintain successful relationships with accounts
