Come join Unity as a Senior FP&A Manager supporting our G&A team. This fast-paced role provides an outstanding opportunity to drive Finance business partnership and strategy across the G&A organization. This role will partner closely with all of our G&A organizations (CEO, CFO, CIO, Chief People Officer, and Chief Legal Officer). The Senior Manager will drive strategic projects and long-range planning, forecast operating costs, compile management reporting and lead Financial review meetings with executives. Additionally, they will participate in cross-functional G&A workstreams, and provide analytical support.

A successful candidate will challenge the status-quo, have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and a drive for simplicity. They will also mentor and grow a result oriented finance organization, develop strong collaborative relationships across matrixed teams.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with G&A business partners as a trusted performance advisor and drive budgeting, month-end close forecasting processes. In addition to this, you will also lead all aspects of Capital Expenditure spending and project tracking for facility expansion
• Prepare, present and simplify management reporting related to financial results. Analyze results, distilling/synthesizing key trends, assessing current and future business risk, and communicating key messages to senior leadership
• Strong understanding of accounting and the ability to draw upon knowledge in order to produce accurate forecasts; work closely with Accounting group to ensure accuracy and completeness during period-end close
• Serve as a coach and mentor for G&A Finance teams. Develop existing team’s technical and business skills through strategic projects with long term team and individual growth trajectories in mind

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or Accounting
• Track record of leading and running successful teams
• Proficient in Workday, Adaptive, Google Suite (Sheets, Slides)
• Experience in identifying and resolving data issues/needs quickly within a fast paced environment
• Strengths in crafting collaborative working relationships with teams
