We’re looking for a VP, Investor Relations to join our team and lead our Investor Relations function. The Investor Relations role will be highly visible, reporting directly to our CFO. They’ll play a critical role in telling the story of our company's strategy, growth opportunities, and business initiatives to global investors and analysts.

This is an exciting opportunity where you’ll develop and execute effective investor communications and build long-term relationships with both analysts and investors. The CFO and CEO will rely on you for insight into market dynamics and thorough preparation ahead of their interactions with Wall Street.

What you’ll do: 

  • Manage the Redis Investor Relations program by building relationships with existing investors while developing and implementing a strategy to identify and market to new prospective investors, as well as analysts.
  • Manage the earnings process, including cross-functional review meetings, outreach to gather themes, the development and collection of materials such as earnings releases, scripts, presentations, Q&A, and supporting documents, and Executive Team preparation.
  • Operationalize all processes in Investor Relations through process documentation, design, and execution to realize efficiencies, including the improvement and maintenance of the IR website, IR materials, calendar, etc.
  • Collaborate across the company with business leaders, strategy, and communications to develop a strategic narrative and maintain consistent messaging.
  • Collaborate on presentations for investors, corporate communications and marketing initiatives, customer events and presentations, investor conferences, roadshows, and other events
  • Work closely with FP&A and the business to understand, develop, and report on key operational and financial metrics

What will you need to have? 

  • 10+ years of progressive investor relations, finance, competitive intelligence, or strategy required
  • Proven success building an Investor Relations function in Enterprise Software organizations 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a relevant field. MBA or other advanced graduate degree is strongly preferred
  • Outstanding and persuasive communication skills both verbally and written, with excellent presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability of using strong collaboration to build impactful relationships with business partners internally and externally
  • A continuous drive to improve the Investor Relations function
  • Strong business acumen with intellectual curiosity and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of integrity and sensitivity to confidential information
  • Prior experience writing investor presentations, scripts, and press releases and an aptitude for working with the investment community

Extra great if you are: 

  • A finance leader with strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel and financial modeling and valuation models(preferred)
